Exact size and concentration
The bottle size and concentration shown on a product page are treated as distinct product facts. If photography conflicts with the catalogue version, the image is withheld until the product can be checked.
Representative images are labelled
For samples, minis or travel formats, a representative format image may be used only when an exact product photograph is unavailable. The product name and listed size remain the ordering reference.
