Project Workflow: Step Details

Expand each step to see the engineering activities and decisions behind the workflow. Detailed SLA, glossary definitions, and document references are linked out to the relevant pages.

Step 1

Site Survey

Our certified engineers visit your site to conduct a detailed technical assessment. This includes measuring roof orientation and tilt, shading analysis from trees, adjacent structures, or chimneys throughout the day, existing wiring condition and panel rating, and available mounting surface areas.

  • Roof shading & irradiance measurement
  • Existing wiring & consumer unit condition check
  • Mounting surface compatibility assessment
  • Grid interconnection point inspection

Using calibrated energy auditing software, we calculate your peak and average power consumption. This is not a guess; we use your actual appliance list, usage schedules, and tariff data to build an accurate energy profile, allowing us to right-size your system without costly oversizing or dangerous undersizing.

  • Appliance inventory & wattage audit
  • Peak load & daily consumption calculation
  • Backup duration requirement modelling
  • Grid usage pattern analysis (for hybrid systems)

Armed with site and load data, we design a fully customised energy system. Every component (inverter rating, battery capacity, PV string configuration, and cable sizing) is specified to ensure safe, optimal performance for your exact energy profile. We produce a professional Single-Line Diagram (SLD) for every installation.

  • Inverter sizing & battery capacity specification
  • PV array configuration & cable sizing
  • Single-Line Diagram (SLD) production
  • Component BoQ with pricing

Our experienced installation team executes the project to IEEE/IEC standards. All electrical work is fully compliant with local regulations. We follow a strict installation checklist, performing insulation resistance tests, string current checks, and surge protection verification at every stage.

  • IEEE/IEC-compliant installation procedures
  • Industrial-grade surge & lightning protection
  • Insulation resistance (megger) testing
  • Individual string current verification

Support handover starts immediately after commissioning. We onboard the system to remote monitoring, share fault-reporting channels, and issue the documentation pack needed for maintenance, troubleshooting, and warranty support.

  • Remote monitoring onboarding & performance alerts
  • Support ticket channels and escalation path
  • Preventive maintenance planning
  • Full handover pack: O&M manual, warranties, and commissioning records
